How to Order

Orders are placed online. Minimum one item per order, subject to availability.

Payment Methods

Online credit / debit card payment, plus Alipay and WeChat Pay (to be integrated, placeholder).

Payment Deadline

Payment is settled in full at checkout, following the rules of the selected payment method.

Shipping Time

Orders ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Items cannot be returned or exchanged without reason. If you receive a defective item (damage, wrong or missing shipment), please contact us with your order number within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a return, exchange or full refund, and cover round-trip shipping for items sent back due to product issues.

Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days or for items that show clear signs of wear or washing.

Cancellations

Once payment is confirmed, cancellations requested by the customer for personal reasons cannot be accepted.
